Frequently Asked

The questions people actually ask.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. We don't charge for the help you receive finding the right solution. The initial consultation is a no-cost, no-obligation conversation about your situation and your options.

Will working with you hurt my credit score?

Reviewing your report and building a plan does not affect your score. Specific solutions (like a consumer proposal) do have credit impacts — we'll walk you through exactly what to expect before you commit to anything.

How long does the process take?

Every situation is different. Some clients see meaningful change in a few months; others work with us for a year or more. We'll give you a realistic timeline once we've reviewed your finances.

Do I have to come into the office?

No. We work with clients across Alberta entirely by email and online portal. If you'd prefer to meet in person, you're welcome at our Concord office.

What if I can't afford a payment plan?

That's exactly the conversation worth having. Part of the evaluation is figuring out what's actually realistic — and there are options designed for situations where there's very little room in the budget.

Is my information kept confidential?

Always. Nothing you share with us leaves our office without your written consent. Full stop.

What areas do you serve?

We work with clients across Alberta, Canada. Most of our work is done remotely so location within the province isn't an issue.

What happens after I send the contact form?

We'll reply by email within one business day to set up your free evaluation. From there we'll send a short intake so we can come prepared to your first conversation.

Still wondering something?

Email us or send a note through the contact form. We answer everything personally.
